PRIVACY & DATA USE

Privacy & Learning Data

Learners deserve clear information about what their activities save, what requires an account, and what remains private on their own device. This page describes the services available on October 30, 2026.

Information involved in learning

You can use free guest practice without providing your name or email. If you register, your account may include a login email, display name, member identifier, account status and course progress. Assessments and member-owned practice data may be retained in the website's member services.

Free conversation and device storage

The Practice Anywhere feature keeps typed answers in the active page and does not upload them to a conversation server. Completion summaries stay in the current browser session unless you explicitly enable device storage. If enabled, summary entries include date, topic, level and number of practice turns, not the written answer. The feature filters summary entries older than 370 days; you can clear history on the device.

Support and institutional requests

If you submit a support, privacy, or college partnership form, the information you enter is sent to the site's hosted forms service and is visible to authorized site owners and collaborators. These forms ask for contact details and relevant request context. Do not include student records or passwords.

Audio and third-party media

Some lessons use the browser's speech-synthesis voices; availability varies by device. Optional microphone features may request browser permission. The free video player is loaded after you choose to open it and may connect to YouTube and the original publisher, which apply their own privacy terms.

Payments and AI services

Live paid subscriptions and the private conversational AI service are not enabled. Sandbox payment tests are separate from active customer billing. Before enabling those features, this notice and the service's retention and payment disclosures must be reviewed and updated.

How information is used and protected

Information may be processed to provide learning functionality, synchronize member progress, answer support inquiries, prevent abuse, and maintain system reliability. The corporate member directory is restricted to approved administrative access. Technical measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may choose guest text practice, decline audio permissions, leave device history disabled, clear locally stored summaries and request access, correction or deletion of account-related information. Use the support and privacy request form; identity checks or legal record-retention requirements may affect the response.

International availability and updates

Visitors may access the service from different countries. Provider processing locations and jurisdiction-specific legal notices require review before widespread international or institutional enrollment. We will revise this page when the secure learning backend, billing and broader data flows are activated.
